The Career Café, held from May 2 to May 4, 2024, at Yuvalay, Vadodara, drawing over 100 participants including students, college graduates, working professionals, and business owners. Understanding that a significant portion of our lives is spent working, the Career Café was envisioned as a space to explore careers rather than simply selecting jobs. The goal was to provide a platform for distinguishing between jobs and careers, debunking common myths about career paths, and offering real-time insights into the professional world.
