We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the Heartful Mind Sessions at Vidyut Board Vidyalaya. The program, conducted from July 2023, to December 2023, engaged two batches of 9th-grade students, each comprising 60 enthusiastic participants.
The sessions aimed to cultivate emotional and social skills among students through a series of interactive and engaging activities. They were designed to help students understand the importance of kindness, happiness encouraging them to foster a compassionate and supportive environment within their school community bringing joy and fulfillment.
Through practical exercises and discussions, students learned value of self-control and discipline
The program provided students with effective study techniques and habits, helping them improve their academic performance.
The principal of Vidyut Board Vidyalaya praised the program, noting, “The classrooms were full of energy, and the outcome was really satisfactory.” This positive feedback reflects the program’s success in creating an engaging and compassionate environment.
