Our space has blossomed into a hub of energy, creativity, and compassion — thanks to a spirited group of volunteers and interns who shaped our path with their time, talents, and trust.
If 2023 was the year of roots, then 2024 was the year we began growing the shoot. The ideas planted in quiet classrooms, over casual chats began to find rhythm.
And like all meaningful growth stories, it wasn’t just about programs or outcomes — it was about the people who showed up. With their skills, smiles, and silent efforts, they expanded our capacity and made every space feel richer.
This post is for those who support us.
Rajesh Parmar – The Language Guardian
Rajesh sir helped us refine our communication in the most fundamental way — by helping us get the words right. Proofreading our Gujarati content, he brought in not just corrections but cultural alignment. With his ever-smiling presence and generous spirit, he reminded us that support doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful.
Heer Punjabi – The Light-Bringer
Jolly and always ready to help, Heer is the energy boost in every room. From facilitating activities at the Career Café to managing spontaneous to-dos, she never hesitated. What we loved most? She didn’t just volunteer — she brought more volunteers in with her! That says everything about the kind of infectious enthusiasm she carries.
Lighting the LANTERN
Devika Trivedi – The Spark of the Sessions
Energetic, patient, and always ready with a story — Devika has been our go-to for engagement. From public speaking in sessions to kids’ camps, she infused activities with life. Her contributions went far beyond execution; she helped us think, plan, and laugh through every challenge.
Hrishika Sen – The Quiet Curiosity
With an eye for detail and a heart open to learning, Hrishika made research and document preparation feel like a craft. Whether she was translating, formatting, or curating the library, she did it all with an eagerness that was hard to miss. There’s a stillness to her approach — calm but razor-focused — and that’s exactly what brought structure to so many moving pieces.
Kamya Upadhyay – The Calm Creator
Kamya was that quiet force in the background — making things happen without ever seeking the spotlight. Her work in translation, and even kids’ camp facilitation was always marked by calm confidence. You didn’t need to follow up with Kamya; she simply got it. That kind of dependable energy is rare, and we’re grateful she chose to spend it with us.
Priyanshi Kolhe – The Story Weaver
With words that flowed and visuals that popped, Priyanshi brought in a creative pulse that found its way into blogs and designs alike. She was patient, always open to feedback, and full of ideas that bridged learning with storytelling. Her openness to growth turned every project into a little journey of its own.

Ananya, Lay , Rudra, Naureen, Vidhi, Nazema & Keya – The Circle of Support
This crew showed up when we needed them most. They were the hands that lifted, the voices that welcomed, and the glue that held the day together.
- Ananya Shah ran the registration desk at career cafe like a seasoned pro — systematic, methodical, and composed amidst the chaos.
- Rudra Pramar and Lay became support at sessions, showing up meaningfully.
- A vibrant group — Naureen Ganam, Vidhi Parmar, Nazema Merchant, and Keya Dixit — came together to support Life’s Café at MakerFest.
Vaidarbhi Trivedi – The Multi-Tasking Maverick
A little bit of this, a little bit of that — Vaidarbhi was ready for whatever came her way. With a multi-faceted talent, she became the wildcard.
Wrapping Up 2024 – The Year We Grew Wings
If 2023 was about starting small and dreaming big, then 2024 was about growing into those dreams. And we couldn’t have done it without this brilliant bunch.
They came from different places, with different skills — but they met at the intersection of purpose and play. Some took the spotlight, others lit it. And together, they helped us evolve from a space to a movement.
To every single person who contributed this year: Thank you. You helped us grow, not just in scale — but in spirit.
