Signature Programme · Education and Re-creation
Heartful Mind.
Educating the heart and mind together.
Attention, emotional balance, and ethical choices — learned together, because success in study, work, and life depends on all three.
“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.” — often attributed to Aristotle
Why
As children move into adolescence, teachers notice shifts in mood and behaviour, sensitivity to criticism, conflicts in class, and falling motivation as academic pressure rises. Schools focus heavily on marks, while the rapid physical, emotional, and intellectual changes of these years go unaddressed. Yet a student’s ability to manage emotions, build positive relationships, and make ethical decisions is as important as how they perform in exams.
How
Heartful Mind is grounded in the Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning framework. Each session builds on the previous one: participants observe, think critically, reflect, and resolve their questions before moving on.
No homework and no exams — learning comes from everyday situations.

Questions
Questions
Is this an extra-curricular activity?
No. Heartful Mind builds core social, emotional, and ethical capabilities alongside academics.
Is there homework or an exam?
No. Students learn from day-to-day situations.
Can teachers share inputs about a student?
Yes. We welcome inputs from teachers and, through the host organization, from parents.
Can it be completed in a day or on consecutive days?
Each session builds on the last, so consistent sessions over time work far better than a crash course.
